Weight lifting is a good means to target your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).

    Lets be real your not going to do any workouts. Im just saying, the thing you really want to do is eat healthy. Not to much oil and fast food would be the original answer to not gain. Dry food is boring ofcourse. I recommend you should try yoga it really helps your flexibility. When your done with 7 or 8 sessions you will be ready and calm for some regular work ethics or workouts. It'll be a piece of cake. Free yoga classes at every YMCA go ahead and join your classes.
    The number one thing not to do is lift weights. Run a lot would help your stamina and also loose some fat off. Sit-ups is to hard and boring,reality just keep a nice steady pace and dont try to hard. workout for 30 min. to an hour. In two or three weeks you will see some differences.
