Hello everyone, I am a 20 yr old 180lb female in search of a weight loss plan. I mean I have a general idea of what to do but I really would like to get better advice from someone who has loss about 10-15lbs over the course of a month, 6 weeks max. Any and all suggestions are welcome. Please include the amount of water intake, foods you consumed and workouts done.
