Well, I would like to know if what I'm doing is right or should I change something. I'm 25 years old guy and I weight 89kg now and my height is 178cm. I start going to the gym everyday since the 3rd of January to get in shape. I used to weight 95kg and I lost 6kg since I started, I cut off a lot of junk food and soda and mostly chocolate. I eat cereals for breakfast and for lunch I eat sometimes sushi, fish with rice, chicken with rice, or sometimes I skip to dinner which I mostly eat any kind of fruit. I also take diet pills. Is it normal to lose 6kg in almost 2 months or it is slow. Because for the last couple weeks I haven't lost any weight, and I spend 60-90 minuets at the gym. Hello everyone, I am a 20 yr old 180lb female in search of a weight loss plan.
