I am going on a cruise in a few months and I need to lose around 30 lbs so I won't be embarrassed when I go swimming. Can someone recommend a fast weight loss diet that doesn't cost tons of money? Thanks. I was happy to learn… I think it all starts with eating right and doing excerise first. I wasn't always in shape. Many years ago I was very overweight and didn't watch what I ate and it quickly became out of control. I tried all machine and diet food out there. Along with many diet programs but none of them worked. A few years back I tried a program called the automatic fat loss system which worked wonders for me. I know the combination is important. But for weight loss – if you don't change your eating habits at all, but start exercising, the speed of the weight loss is much slower then when you're dieting, but not exercising at all. This leads me o believe that diet is more important. . What do you think. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. Diet is much more important. Running for half an hour will burn about 300 calories- that's a mars bar, why not only not eat the mars bar? The best combination is a diet with lots of exercise, for weight loss and overall fitness.
