Fast Weight Loss Programs
Well, I would like to know if what I'm doing is right or should I change something. I'm 25 years old guy and I weight 89kg now and my height is 178cm. I start going to the gym everyday since the 3rd of January to get in shape. I used to weight 95kg and I lost 6kg since I started, I cut off a lot of junk food and soda and mostly chocolate. I eat cereals for breakfast and for lunch I eat sometimes sushi, fish with rice, chicken with rice, or sometimes I skip to dinner which I usually eat any kind of fruit. I also take diet pills. Is it normal to lose 6kg in almost 2 months or it is slow. Because for the last couple weeks I haven't lost any weight, and I spend 60-90 minuets at the gym. I was so pleased to find this — It may be normal base on the nature of your body but try as much as you can to reduce the intake of things with high colestrol and too much of carbohydrate then still contine doing exercise
