I've been preparing for a 5k run and I've lost some weight, but I want to make sure I'm in tip top shape and I need to lose a little more weight. So I want to know what are some good meal plans for weight loss. Essentially — You want to eat lots of fruits and vegetables, but you also want to eat the right kind of carbs. Don't eat any processed foods or anything with white flower in it. You want to eat carbs like brown rice, beans, and sweet potatoes. Well, I would like to know if what I'm doing is right or should I change something. I'm 25 years old guy and I weight 89kg now and my height is 178cm. I start going to the gym everyday since the 3rd of January to get in shape. I used to weight 95kg and I lost 6kg since I started, I cut off a lot of junk food and soda and mostly chocolate. I eat cereals for breakfast and for lunch I eat sometimes sushi, fish with rice, chicken with rice, or sometimes I skip to dinner which I mostly eat any kind of fruit. I also take diet pills. Is it normal to lose 6kg in almost 2 months or it is slow. Because for the last couple weeks I haven't lost any weight, and I spend 60-90 minuets at the gym.
