Weight Loss Doctor
Is there a such thing as an online weight loss doctor. After speaking to others on the web, I found the answer. There are many out there who claim to be docs, but 99 percent are just scams to get your money. The best thing to do to lose weight is to learn about the kind of things you eat, the way they effect your metabolism, and how to balance that. Then learn how to put your metabolism to work for you. I can give you a few quick ideas to understand. Think of your body as a camp fire. You need kindling to get the fire started (a healthy breakfast light toast and or eggs for inactive person or hearty oatmeal or pancakes for active person) Starches get the fire going good. stay away from trans fats and dairy, they tend to slow the digestive process. Once you get the fire started, dont wait till your starving to put a little more wood on. (small meals when you get a chance, not fatty snacks, but protein or starch to keep the fire hot) Keep supper light and get some evening exercise, Like stoking the fire before bed. The coals keep smoldering till the morning. The exercise helps you sleep efficiently and will get your body prepared for the refueling in the morning. No Midnight Snacking. You might get hungry, but you will not die. Be very strict to stay away from excess salt, drink lots of water or the excess proteins can build up in you system. Water helps keep you hydrated and able to flush out the bad stuff

I just purchased a big bottle of green tea weight loss pills, do they really work? And any tips on weight loss? THE POINT IS IM NOT LAZY, I DO WORK OUT, AND I DO EAT RIGHT, ITS JUST I NEED THE EXTRA BOOST TO CURB MY APPETITE @SS HOLE. IM NOT TALKING TO EVERYONE, IM ONLY TALKING TO THE GUY WHO ANSWERED FIRST. I think I found an answer. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week and you can easily do this without the help of any diet pills. These pills may get more than 2 pounds off per week but it is unhealthy and probably not long lasting. As soon as you stop the pill the weight will come back and you will gain more weight than you lost putting you in a worse position. Instead of trying to lose weight quickly try to do it over a period of time. It is healthier and more likely to stay off for good.
