Anyway, just do not be fooled by the word 'herbal' in an herbal diet pill. I would actually trust a regular diet pill that's FDA approved a lot more than some herbal diet pill concoction that has whoever knows what in it. The words herbal and natural are marketing ploys and should never be confused with the word safe unless there's been some testing to prove it.

Please dont tell me diet pills are bad for you. I know they are and I've researched all the side affects thanks . From what I can tell… Probably nothing, but the label on Hydroxycut clearly states not to take them with other stimulants. If you've a heart deffect that you don't know about, or mitro-valve prolapse it could make your heart race or even cause a heart attack or an anxiety attack. Probably not a good idea, but it's doubtful you would suffer any adverse reaction the first time.

Well, I would like to know if what I'm doing is right or should I change something. I'm 25 years old guy and I weight 89kg now and my height is 178cm. I start going to the gym everyday since the 3rd of January to get in shape. I used to weight 95kg and I lost 6kg since I started, I cut off a lot of junk food and soda and mostly chocolate. I eat cereals for breakfast and for lunch I eat sometimes sushi, fish with rice, chicken with rice, or sometimes I skip to dinner which I usually eat any kind of fruit. I also take diet pills. Is it normal to lose 6kg in almost 2 months or it is slow. Because for the last couple weeks I haven't lost any weight, and I spend 60-90 minuets at the gym.
